P. P Solutions Ltd – Process Pipework Solutions is a specialist contractor providing hygienic stainless steel process pipework installations for the food, beverage and brewery industries. We support both site projects and shutdown programmes, delivering TIG-welded stainless pipework, process lines, utilities, steam and condensate systems, skid-to-skid interconnections, and permanent bracketry designed to maintain access, cleanability and long-term serviceability.

Based in the East Midlands, we mobilize UK-wide to deliver install packages, modifications, shutdown works and hygienic fabrications.

From concept to completion, this project shows the full journey of an idea brought to life. It starts with a hand-drawn sketch, capturing the initial concept and key dimensions, then progresses into a detailed CAD model where every connection, clearance, and fixing point is refined for accuracy and buildability. The final image brings it all together, showing the completed stainless-steel frame installed on site exactly as intended, translating the original design into a robust, fit-for-purpose solution built to last.
